Pamela Bass

Pamela Bass has been a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with Maddox & Gerock since 2017.  She assists the firm’s attorneys with all aspects of their cases.  She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal field. 

Ms. Bass earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Mission College, Certificate in Paralegal Studies as well as an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management from Eastern Gateway College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix. 

Ms. Bass was born and raised in Milpitas, California and relocated to Virginia in 2015 and to New York in 2021.  She and her husband John, have four children and three grandchildren.  They currently reside in Garden City, New York with their Akita fur baby, Harley.

Ms. Bass is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association (Paralegal and Family Law Section), American Alliance of Paralegals, Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (Paralegal Section), Virginia Alliance of Paralegals, New York State Paralegals Association and National Federation of Paralegals. 

Ms. Bass is on the Paralegal Executive Leadership Committee with the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Educational Coordinator with the National Federation of Paralegals.  She is a registered Paralegal with the Virginia Alliance of Paralegals.  She has volunteered on the committee for the Paralegal Seminar (with the VTLA) for the last 4 years.  She is the past President of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia and Board Member, Past Treasurer and Board Member of American Alliance of Paralegals and past delegate for the National Federation of Paralegals.
