Roberta Rothschild

Roberta Rothschild is the newest member of the Maddox & Gerock family, and she started with the firm in January 2024. She brings more than 20 years of legal administrative expertise and experience in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia areas to the Administrative Team. Roberta holds a Political Science degree from the University of Florida and has worked in the legal field throughout her entire career. She is the Client Intake Specialist and Assistant Office Administrator, has worked in energy law, business law, and civil litigation, and is also a member of the Fairfax Bar Association. Her ability to connect with people of diverse cultures and her understanding of difficult situations helps make everyone more comfortable in the high-stress environment of family law.

Roberta grew up in Florida and moved to the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area in 2003, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She has been a member of the Virginia Ice Theatre team since 2016, and was a Front Desk, Dog Kennels, and Adoptions Specialist Volunteer with the Animal Welfare League of Arlington for 14 years. In her spare time, Roberta is an avid figure skater, enjoys playing golf, tennis, and softball, and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
